I placed an order with Outlet & Direct Hyderabad on April 14, 2025 for several items including electronic device (order #ORD-2156-WWA-9934). The order was charged to my account ($284.14), but is not compatible as claimed. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Delpha L., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like Outlet & Direct Hyderabad to improve their customer service training.

May 07, 2025 05:41I'm updating my complaint because Outlet & Direct Hyderabad finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the sweater, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
