Poor quality shoes from Outlet & Direct Hyderabad

I ordered furniture from Outlet & Direct Hyderabad's website on January 25, 2025 (order #ORD-3072-VPH-3069). When the package arrived, received the wrong item. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Lesly G. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am requesting that Outlet & Direct Hyderabad adjust my account balance as soon as possible.

May 20, 2025 05:57Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $388.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customization service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
