I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Abode of Prime. After paying $653.39 for subscription, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Marcelino D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like Abode of Prime to replace the defective product.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $224.22 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
