Prescription errors by Med Solutions pharmacy
Complaint Details
I received treatment at Med Solutions's North Enid, Hawaii facility on February 23, 2025. I was billed $150.3 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Dell S. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I hope Med Solutions will address this issue by adjust my account balance.
