I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Med Solutions's pharmacy. On May 16, 2025, I received medical device with instructions that was damaged upon delivery. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Cordell W. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am requesting that Med Solutions fix the security vulnerability as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Med Solutions has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their installation service.
