Frustrated with Estates of Modern's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-0355-EAQ-7497 placed with Estates of Modern on April 11, 2025. I paid $95.33 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered found security vulnerabilities. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lambert A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Estates of Modern to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.
