I am writing regarding order #ORD-5100-GNM-2054 placed with Horizon Achievement Training Group on May 2, 2025. I paid $547.32 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was transferred multiple times without resolution. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kathryne F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Horizon Achievement Training Group update their return policy as soon as possible.
