I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Horizon Achievement Training Group. After paying $145.89 for membership, I found that it failed to receive confirmation. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Godfrey K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Horizon Achievement Training Group to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.
