I expect Horizon Achievement Training Group to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Horizon Achievement Training Group has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their loyalty program.
