On December 8, 2024, I purchased sporting goods from ChoiceDepot Holdings's Ivaville, Pennsylvania store for $708.35. The item was advertised as price matching, but when I got home, I discovered received conflicting information from representatives. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking ChoiceDepot Holdings to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.

After my initial complaint, ChoiceDepot Holdings contacted me to troubleshoot the dress shirt. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
