Price discrepancy at ChoiceDepot Holdings store

I placed an order with ChoiceDepot Holdings on December 6, 2024 for several items including book (order #ORD-2593-PSW-1227). The order was charged to my account ($317.96), but was charged incorrectly. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Loy M., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am asking ChoiceDepot Holdings to make this right by provide the documentation I requested.

May 19, 2025 06:08I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The t-shirt from ChoiceDepot Holdings not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
