Complaint Details

While consuming a packaged goods purchased from The Premium Chef on May 12, 2025, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I immediately contacted store management and spoke with Mossie H. who took my information but offered no resolution. This represents a serious health and safety concern. I hope The Premium Chef will address this issue by provide the promised service.

After speaking with Joseph Robinson from the Customer Retention at The Premium Chef, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
