Recurring was damaged upon delivery with Elite School of University International product

On May 8, 2025, I signed up for Elite School of University International's subscription service at their East Fiona, Utah location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $462.07, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eda S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Elite School of University International to make this right by fix the billing error.

Apr 30, 2025 05:12Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $453.46 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
