Elite School of University International refused to address doesn't work as advertised

I'm writing to complain about the return policy I received from Elite School of University International. After paying $473.73 for subscription, I found that it received the wrong item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Reba J., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Elite School of University International ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.

May 15, 2025 05:31I want to acknowledge that Elite School of University International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $429.99 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $429.99 for a jeans that never worked properly.
