On January 8, 2025, I received medical device with instructions that received a damaged replacement item. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Dustin S. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking The Optimal Cure Network Mexico City to make this right by honor the advertised price.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartphone from The Optimal Cure Network Mexico City not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
