I had an appointment at Harmony Health Specialists on March 18, 2025 for vaccination. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and had allergic reaction not warned about. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Elfrieda B., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope Harmony Health Specialists will address this issue by make their terms and conditions clearer.
