I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Harmony Health Specialists's pharmacy. On April 2, 2025, I received therapeutic device with instructions that was billed multiple times. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Marietta O. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I hope Harmony Health Specialists will address this issue by implement better quality control.
