I received treatment at EssentialHealing's Quincyville, West Virginia facility on March 17, 2025. I was billed $923.18 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Ruthie H. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I hope EssentialHealing will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from EssentialHealing, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my tablet. This is extremely frustrating.
