I received treatment at EssentialHealing's Jackychester, Arizona facility on February 15, 2025. I was billed $226.35 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Yvonne B. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I would like EssentialHealing to provide the documentation I requested.
