I placed an order with Trade & Center Ltd. on January 1, 2025 for several items including electronic device (order #ORD-4896-ZER-3066). The order was charged to my account ($511.7), but was denied a refund. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Lamar W., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope Trade & Center Ltd. will address this issue by honor the warranty.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Trade & Center Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
