Misleading product description on Trade & Center Ltd. website
Complaint Details
I placed an order with Trade & Center Ltd. on May 2, 2025 for several items including shoes (order #ORD-4102-TFL-8665). The order was charged to my account ($732.83), but stopped working after two weeks. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Candida S., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I expect Trade & Center Ltd. to take responsibility and implement better quality control.
