I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Living Group Grenoble's pharmacy. On March 18, 2025, I received first aid kit with instructions that had my warranty claim denied unfairly. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Crystel A. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I expect Living Group Grenoble to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.

May 22, 2025 05:48Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $435.50 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
