I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Integrated Solutions Inc.'s pharmacy. On April 17, 2025, I received over-the-counter medicine with instructions that is missing essential components. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Loren M. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Integrated Solutions Inc. to make this right by remove the unauthorized charges.
