I had an appointment at Care Diagnostic Team on January 23, 2025 for medical consultation. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was charged incorrectly. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Bella M., but have received no satisfactory response. I would like Care Diagnostic Team to implement better quality control.
