I had an appointment at Care Diagnostic Team on May 10, 2025 for preventive care. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was billed multiple times. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Emil J., but have received no satisfactory response. I would like Care Diagnostic Team to expedite the delivery of my order.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Care Diagnostic Team called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
