I had an appointment at Care Physicians on March 6, 2025 for preventive care. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and had repeated billing errors. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Verdie T., but have received no satisfactory response. I am requesting that Care Physicians provide a full refund as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Care Physicians has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
