Order #found unauthorized charges never delivered by Fast Haus Nation Austin
Complaint Details
I ordered luggage from Fast Haus Nation Austin's website on February 25, 2025 (order #ORD-3003-FHK-5186). When the package arrived, failed to receive confirmation. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Pierce G. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope Fast Haus Nation Austin will address this issue by improve their customer service training.
