I placed an order with The Prime Deal Enterprises on January 31, 2025 for several items including furniture (order #ORD-2891-KWW-7498). The order was charged to my account ($691.69), but received incorrect information. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Johathan H., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like The Prime Deal Enterprises to resolve the technical issues.
