Price discrepancy at The Prime Deal Enterprises store

I placed an order with The Prime Deal Enterprises on February 12, 2025 for several items including shoes (order #ORD-5123-BOD-1992). The order was charged to my account ($360.71), but had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Arjun R., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I am requesting that The Prime Deal Enterprises update their return policy as soon as possible.
