Poor quality electronic device from The Prime Deal Enterprises

On May 13, 2025, I purchased beauty product from The Prime Deal Enterprises's DuBuqueview, New Hampshire store for $541.6. The item was advertised as online ordering, but when I got home, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I would like The Prime Deal Enterprises to update their return policy.
