I purchased a unit from The Academic Academy Ltd. on January 15, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Carole P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like The Academic Academy Ltd. to honor the warranty.
