I have been a loyal customer of Select Alliance Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-0785-SYG-3192) on March 20, 2025, and have encountered failed to receive confirmation. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Select Alliance Corp. to make this right by replace the defective product.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Select Alliance Corp. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their training session.
