On April 10, 2025, I signed up for Select Alliance Corp.'s premium support at their Port Jaylon, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $92.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kim C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Select Alliance Corp. to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.

After my initial complaint, Select Alliance Corp. contacted me to troubleshoot the cookware set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
