Select Alliance Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Select Alliance Corp.'s service plan that I purchased on April 23, 2025 from your South Novafurt, South Carolina store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kayleigh R., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Select Alliance Corp. provide the promised service as soon as possible.

May 17, 2025 05:49Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $33.73 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
