Web Code LLC tech support failed to resolve was charged incorrectly

I purchased a external hard drive from Web Code LLC on December 1, 2024 for $672.68. After only is not compatible as claimed, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Arvilla M. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Web Code LLC is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope Web Code LLC will address this issue by resolve the technical issues.
