I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Complete Network's pharmacy. On January 26, 2025, I received over-the-counter medicine with instructions that was charged incorrectly. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Herman B. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I would like Complete Network to extend my warranty period.
