Long wait times at MedMedical clinic

I had an appointment at MedMedical on December 24, 2024 for vaccination. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was charged incorrectly. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Kaelyn Z., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope MedMedical will address this issue by adjust my account balance.
