Misdiagnosis complaint against MedMedical

I received treatment at MedMedical's Franeckitown, Montana facility on March 16, 2025. I was billed $66.51 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Monique D. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I expect MedMedical to take responsibility and provide a full refund.

May 11, 2025 05:53After my initial complaint, MedMedical contacted me to troubleshoot the router. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
