I placed an order with The Modern Trend on March 20, 2025 for several items including beauty product (order #ORD-6099-BIJ-9188). The order was charged to my account ($292.86), but experienced long delays. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Elwyn R., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I would like The Modern Trend to expedite the delivery of my order.
