Misleading product description on The Modern Trend website
Complaint Details
I placed an order with The Modern Trend on January 4, 2025 for several items including clothing item (order #ORD-7575-ACD-5424). The order was charged to my account ($58.74), but had my personal information compromised. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Ada B., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope The Modern Trend will address this issue by issue a formal apology.
