On January 15, 2025, I signed up for Advisory Firm, Firm's membership program at their Melvinside, Washington location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $410.47, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zita G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Advisory Firm, Firm to implement better quality control.

May 17, 2025 05:36I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Advisory Firm, Firm called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
