I purchased a package from Advisory Firm, Firm on April 9, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced website errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marian B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Advisory Firm, Firm to make this right by honor the warranty.
