On January 26, 2025, I purchased toy from Urban Deal Hub Woodlands's Lynchview, Alabama store for $477.39. The item was advertised as online ordering, but when I got home, I discovered is missing essential components. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I would like Urban Deal Hub Woodlands to issue a formal apology.
