I ordered furniture from Prime Shop Group's website on April 11, 2025 (order #ORD-5179-QPF-6301). When the package arrived, had my personal information compromised. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Amara T. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope Prime Shop Group will address this issue by adjust my account balance.

The situation with Prime Shop Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the subscription plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-F5BF2F80 multiple times.
