Rude treatment by Vital Cure staff
Complaint Details
I had an appointment at Vital Cure on December 2, 2024 for wellness program. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and received the wrong item. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Elbert K., but have received no satisfactory response. I expect Vital Cure to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.
