Poor patient care at Vital Cure facility
Complaint Details
I had an appointment at Vital Cure on January 12, 2025 for medical consultation. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and discovered data privacy issues. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Darrin L., but have received no satisfactory response. I expect Vital Cure to take responsibility and offer compensation for the time wasted.

Apr 26, 2025 05:45I want to acknowledge that Vital Cure has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $67.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $67.39 for a laptop that never worked properly.
