I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Hailie O., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Law Offices of Defender to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.

After my initial complaint, Law Offices of Defender contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty coffee. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
