I want to report a serious concern with Law Offices of Defender's device that I purchased on February 28, 2025 from your New Tyson, Ohio store. The product has received conflicting information from representatives despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gene O., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Law Offices of Defender to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.
