I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from Superior Services LLC. After paying $488.49 for service plan, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Ezra B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Superior Services LLC to take responsibility and stop their deceptive business practices.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The cookware set from Superior Services LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
