I purchased a warranty package from Superior Services LLC on April 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eden K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I would like Superior Services LLC to make their terms and conditions clearer.
