Quality issues with Superior Services LLC equipment
Complaint Details
On March 16, 2025, I signed up for Superior Services LLC's support line at their South Roxanehaven, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $445.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Beau G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Superior Services LLC to take responsibility and cancel my account without penalty.
